Chief Financial OfficerMr. Nagamatsu joined Cartier Silver as Chief Financial Officer in 1997. Mr. Nagamatsu has over 30 years of experience in accounting, management, lending, restructurings and turnarounds. Since 1993, Miles has acted as a Chief Financial Officer of public and private companies primarily in the mineral exploration and investment management sectors. For over 25 years, Mr. Nagamatsu has served as volunteer Chair of the Finance Committee and Director of Cystic Fibrosis Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and is a Chartered Accountant.

Vice President, Secretary TreasurerMr. Estepa joined Cartier Silver as Vice President and Corporate Secretary in 1997. Mr. Estepa has over 19 years of experience with publicly listed companies in the areas of corporate management, development and investor relations and has served as a senior officer and/or director of several publicly traded resource companies. Mr. Estepa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto.

Dr. Pearson was the creator and founding President of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

He is a former National Director of the Bolivian Geological Survey, Main Technical Advisor of the National Mining Corporation (COMIBOL), Exploration Manager and Chief Geologist in various mining and exploration companies.
