DirectorMr. Larsen joined Cartier Silver as a Chief Executive Officer and a Director on September 24, 2014. Mr. Larsen has over 30 years of experience in the investment industry, specializing in corporate finance and management of junior mining companies, raising in excess of C$150 million to date.

Harry Burgess P. Eng.
DirectorHarry Burgess joined Cartier Silver as an independent director on June 30, 2015, having previously served on Boards and Technical Advisory Committees for public resource companies. Mr. Burgess was a co-founder of Micon International Limited, in 1988 and now continues, on a part-time basis, as an Associate Consultant. Mr. Burgess has been engaged in consulting since 1980, when he joined the staff of David S. Robertson & Associates. During this period, he managed and contributed to many and varied mining projects throughout the world. Prior to that time, he gained experience in senior positions in the copper industry of Zambia and gold mining in South Africa. In Zambia, he held management positions with both technical and production responsibility. In South Africa, he was responsible for the introduction of mechanized mining systems to the gold mines of Anglo-American Corporation in the Orange Free State. Mr. Burgess is also a director of GPM Metals Inc., Tartisan Resources Corp. and ACME Resources Corp.

Francis Sauve
DirectorFrancis Sauve re-joined Cartier Silver as an independent director on June 30, 2014. Mr. Sauve is a former director of Cartier Silver (from 1999 to 2012) and of Champion Iron Mines Limited (from 2007 to 2014). Mr. Sauve is an entrepreneur based in south-western Ontario and has over 20 years of in-depth exposure to publicly traded resource corporations as a director and investor. Mr. Sauve is also a director of Eloro Resources Ltd.

Alexander S. Horvath P. Eng.
DirectorAlexander Horvath is the President of A.S. Horvath Engineering Inc. and brings over 28 years of experience in mineral exploration and mining to Cartier Iron. Mr. Horvath was Champion Iron Limited’s Chief Operating Officer from 2014 until 2017, having joined Champion’s subsidiary as a director in 2007 as as Executive Vice President, Exploration in 2008.
